  • Diploma or GED
  • High School or GED Transcripts
  • Birth Certificate
  • Drivers License
  • Social Security Card
  • DD214 for Veterans (optional)

For interested applicants, please try to arrive at the top of the hour and be prepared for a Math Examination.

Thank you for your interest in the Plumbers Local 16 Apprenticeship Program. Please fill out the form below to be entered into our apprenticeship application database. The official application and testing period begins in the Spring, you will be notified accordingly once the dates are set.
